Cousin-N-Nem Productions was formed in 1992 by Tony Sindelar and his cousin, Scott Williams of The Shades.  A few months later, Phoenix Davis joined the staff.

Cousin-N-Nem Productions is a production company that writes and produces music for various artists through out the state.
