Scott Williams was born on November 25, 1977 to Tony and Mitzy Williams. Scott has always been called pretty. His Caucasian features are very noticeable because of his light green eyes and his long curly hair. He was often surrounded by girls.  He has been singing since the age of 3 when he used to sing with his father Tony who was a jazz musician. Scott has a beautiful baritone voice with a very high range. When he was in the youth choir at his church, he sung soprano. Scott has always been the center of attention. He loves it too.

In 1992, Scott formed a band (The Shades) with three of his friends, Kensington Waters, Bender Davis, and Shelia Dexter.
